The kitchen follows a modern and minimalist aesthetic but with warm touches, achieving a balance between functionality and cozy design. The combination of colors and materials gives it a sophisticated yet natural look.
The base units and the central island are clad in a Kairós oak wood finish, which is distinguished by its texture and natural grain. The oak color is warm, with earthy tones that bring warmth and an organic touch to the space. In addition, the wood visually enriches the environment and contrasts harmoniously with the cooler, lighter tones of white and marble.
The central kitchen island is not only a functional space for food preparation, but also a decorative element.
The tall units and some vertical panels are finished in Innsbruck White, a pure and luminous white. This classic colour in modern kitchens is key to creating a feeling of spaciousness and freshness. In addition, white acts as a neutral canvas, allowing other elements such as the wood and the marbled worktop to stand out even more.
The tall furniture has a minimalist design, with smooth doors without ornaments, reinforcing the idea of clean and elegant lines.
The kitchen countertop and backsplash are made of Neolith Calacatta, a high-end ultra-compact material that perfectly imitates Calacatta marble. This stain-resistant and heat-resistant material is ideal for use in kitchens. The pattern of gray and gold veins on a white background adds a touch of luxury and sophistication, without falling into the ostentatious.
The countertop, with its smooth and polished finish, reflects light softly, creating a bright and airy atmosphere in the space. In addition, the Neolith material is known for its durability and low porosity, which makes it very practical for everyday cooking, resisting both stains and scratches.
The front is also clad in Neolith Calacatta, extending the elegance of marble to the wall. This cladding is not only decorative, but also functional, making cleaning in the work areas easier.
LED lights are subtly integrated under the upper cabinets, providing direct lighting over the countertop. This solution is not only functional for illuminating the food preparation area, but also contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially at night when the main light is not needed.
75 cm built-in refrigerator:
The layout is open and spacious, with an “L” shaped design that allows for efficient workflow between the different areas of the kitchen (prep, cook, clean up). The central island is a key element, not only for its function as an additional work surface, but also as a subtle division between the kitchen area and the rest of the space, which could be a living or dining room in an open environment.
The base cabinets and island provide plenty of storage space, keeping the environment clutter-free, an essential aspect in minimalist design.
Social space: The kitchen seems to be designed to be both a functional and social space. The central island invites interaction, either while cooking or to socialize around it, making the kitchen a central place in daily life.
This kitchen located in Empuriabrava reflects a modern, balanced and functional design, ideal for someone looking for a space not only for cooking, but also for living and enjoying. The choice of materials such as Kairós oak and Neolith Calacatta adds warmth and luxury, while white tones create brightness and a clear atmosphere. The integration of appliances and the use of strategic lighting underline the attention to detail in this design and achieves a kitchen that perfectly combines style and practicality.
